Space2think and ILM

We are an Accredited ILM Centre  and our unique approach to ILM Qualifications is learning first and the qualification follows. The purpose of the qualification is to develop the skills to lead, and manage, and not just get a qualification.

Our primary concern is for your learning and enabling changes in individual and organisational practice.  Our participants will work with Space2Think tutors to develop skills, build understanding and improve their practice.

Our focus and expertise is in the soft skills of management, the relational aspect of Leadership and Management.

To be able to develop teams to high levels of effectiveness, creativity and accountability team leaders need to be skilled in the art and the science of team leading. The Leadership and Team skills Qualifications at level 2 will increase the confidence and skills of your current and aspiring team leaders and enable team members to work as effectively as part of a team.

Leadership and Management Qualifications at level 3Developing your managers, developing your organisation

The performance and sustainability of your organisation is dependent on the ability of your staff to manage people, resources and projects. The Leadership and Management Qualifications at level 3 provide an excellent opportunity to develop your current or aspiring Line Managers. It provides them with a basis for further managerial development and further study.
