Our level 5 programme takes a blended approach to learning and provides you with a robust, flexible and experiential approach to learning the transformational skills of coaching.
Our level 5 gives you a critical understanding of the role and responsibilities of the workplace coach and mentor.

The level 5 programme includes 42 hours of Guided Learning.
This blends face to face learning days, virtual sessions, coaching triads and online on demand content.
The coaching qualification is designed to provide you with:
a critical understanding of the role and responsibilities of the workplace management coach and mentor
a deeper understanding of how coaching and mentoring can impact an organisation.
tools and time to assess your own skills, behaviours and knowledge as a coach and mentor and provide
evidence of your own development as a workplace management coach and workplace mentor
an opportunity to practice and receive feedback on your coaching practice
The level 5 takes you on a developmental journey by:
Critiquing a range of coaching and mentoring models
Reviewing and developing the key coaching and mentoring skills of listening, building rapport and questioning
Exploring and overcoming potential, personal and organisational barriers to coaching and mentoring
Learning how to negotiate and contract within coaching and mentoring
Understanding the business case for coaching and mentoring
Exploring the impact of personality and learning approaches on coaching and mentoring
Experimenting with tools and techniques that support effective coaching and mentoring
Along side the learning and practice this programme requires formal assessment including
A business report showing an understanding good practice in workplace coaching
Undertaking coaching in the workplace – this includes a reflective coaching diary which reflects on 18 hours’ worth of workplace coaching.
