I have been developing senior leaders for over 10 years in my previous role of leading the agenda on Culture, Leadership and Talent, globally at Pret a Manger and have coached individuals to be successful in senior executive roles.  I have curated externally recognised development programmes to enable support centre individuals to deliver exceptional leadership skills, unlock potential in their teams and enable the business to deliver its strategic objectives.

I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their true potential by exploring their authentic career and personal aspirations. I work with clients to provide the tools that create the mindset shift required to move from now to wow.
