As well as delivering a huge range of our own (non accredited) courses, Mindgap has also teamed up with our friends at Space2Think (S2T) which enables us to deliver, through them, a range of accredited Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) courses. Courses range from ILM level 3 to level 5 in Leadership/Management and Coaching/Mentoring,
The ILM accredited courses we offer through S2T are as follows: • ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management • ILM Level 4 Certificate in Leadership and Management • ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management • ILM Level 3 Award in Effective Coaching and Mentoring • ILM Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring These training courses can be delivered ‘live’ (face to face or online) and/or blended learning approach (mix of videos and live sessions). |
