Rob Husband has been involved in management for over 25 years, beginning in retail management and then moving to the voluntary sector where he successfully managed a number of national projects and initiatives. He has developed, delivered and coordinated training for front line staff, managers and leaders in voluntary and public sectors and blue chip organisations. He currently delivers Institute of Leadership Management qualifications up to Level 5. Rob is a Myers Briggs practitioner and holds a post graduate diploma in Development Training from St Martins College Ambleside.
